What Motivates Matt Our Founder?

I'm proud to have founded Ultras in 2008 and working every day to provide a positive work environment for my team. Creating athletic sportswear and graphic t-shirts was always a dream career. As an east coast transplant I love being in America, southern California, Los Angeles and the South Bay. I try and spend as much time with my wife and two children. I'm a busy surf zaddy, soccer dad and track and cross country dad. When I'm free from driving, training and observing events I try and play as much tennis as possible. I've had juvenile diabetes since I was eleven so I strive to eat right, drink right, sleep right and stay physical. Hopefully I have several more years doing all these things and I'm grateful for your team custom orders and all individual orders.
